| It was selection night Round 8, 2009 ...After the seniors and reserves sides were read out...it was then the turn of Thirds coach OJ to read out the team...
After reading out the side from the backline...to the bench, there was one more name to read out...
OJ - "And into the side and starting on the bench --> KILLER.... "
This was then followed by David 'Killer' Clark who yelled out with right fist pumping the air (alla Shane Crawford style from the 2008 AFL Grand Final against Geelong),
THAT'S WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!
To all that were there KILLER once again brought the house down with his unexpected line and it just goes to show you how much it can mean to someone just to make the team (albeit, the Thirds team and starting on the bench). Well done Killer :)))))) |
